Foreign Minister heads to the Algerian capital, carrying message from President Al-Sisi to President Tebboune

Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry heads on January 9, 2020 morning, to the Algerian capital to hold consultations with brotherly Algerians on the close ties binding the two sisterly countries and to discuss issues of mutual interest. 

The Spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Counselor Ahmed Hafez, stated that Minister Shoukry is set to meet during the visit with the Algerian President, carrying a message from President Al-Sisi to his brother, President Tebboune. Shoukry will also meet with his Algerian counterpart, Sabri Boukadoum, to discuss means to enhance relations in various fields, in addition to holding consultations on the files of interest to both countries, topped by the crisis in Libya given the rapid developments there.
