Vice President of the Court of Cassation delivers a lecture at the Institute

Chancellor Adel Maged Vice President of the Court of Cassation gave a lecture yesterday April 19, 2011. The lecture’s topic was about the responsibility of the public officials in power for serious crimes against the protesters during the events of January 25th revolution. The lecture provided a comprehensive illustration about some legal and judicial concepts, both domestic and international, which are generally relevant to the crimes against humanity and violations of human rights. He also shed a light on the definition of crimes against humanity, genocide, war crimes and violence in particular.
