Egyptian Ambassador to India visits Kolkata, of West Bengal India, and opens the Egyptian partition at the SATTE

Ambassador Mohammed Hegazy conducted a visit to Kolkata, of West Bengal in east of India during the period from April 9th to 11th, 2009, upon an invitation addressed by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI). In this context, Ambassador Hegazy lectured a group of senior businessmen entitled "Trade opportunities between Egypt and India under the current scenario". He also met with Mr. Gopal Krishna Gandhi, Governor of West Bengal.

The Embassy also participated in the opening of Egyptian partition in the SATTE Openworld South Asia Travel & Tourism Exhibition. Many Egyptian companies working in tourism with India participated in the Egyptian partition.
