Secretary General of the Egyptian Fund for Technical cooperation with Africa , Ambassador Neveen Ashmawy, stated that EFTCA equipped a vocational training Center in Juba .The Egyptian gesture comes in light of the deep historic and national relations binding the Egyptian and Sudanese People, and according the Foreign Minister's directives to offer continuous support to the Sudanese people.

The Egyptian Consul General to Sudan, AbdulGhaffar El Deeb, delivered the necessary equipment offered by the Fund to the multifunctional vocational training center at a great celebration attended by the Sudanese Minister for parliamentary affairs and chargé d'affaires of the Sudanese Minister of Labour, Public Service & Human Resource Development, as well as Director Generals from the Ministry.

Secretary General of the Fund, stated that this Center includes three workshops for turning , carpentry and  blacksmithing entirely  provided  by the Fund .

Egyptian experts were also dispatched to Juba to train the Sudanese people in an attempt to reduce unemployment and integrate the militaries within the Sudanese Civil Society to realize development in Sudan.
