Stemming from the Egyptian policy's keenness to support and build the human capabilities in Africa in the judicial and justice field, Secretary General of the Egyptian Fund for Technical Cooperation with Africa, Ambassador Tarek Ghoneim, stated that the fund is organizing a judicial course in cooperation with the National Centre for Judicial Studies affiliated to Ministry of Justice during the period from 17 to 28 June 2007. Participants from Tanzania, Mauritius, Zimbabwe, Uganda, Kenya, Sudan, Zambia, Gambia, Namibia and Lesotho will take part in the course which aims to transfer Egypt's expertise to the judicial cadres in the African countries in various topics, among them, the criminal code, human rights, international trade arbitration, administrative disputes and means to resolve them, in addition to judicial cooperation to combat corruption, money laundry, and combating crimes against humanity, as well as issues related to trade laws and the problems of trade and the international trade contracts. |
