7th April ,2008.. The Secretariat General of the Egyptian Fund for technical cooperation with the Commonwealth organised a training session in the field of Islamic Culture and studies for 16 trainees  from  Bosnia and Herzegovina during the period from 6th April to 21st April at the  Arabic language Centre at Cairo University. The participating delegation includes several prominent Islamic figures including the Mufti of Sarajevo , the Director of the National Archive , Dean of the faculty of Islamic studies at Zenica and  two officials from the education  administration of the Bosnian Highest religious Authority  , a journalist at "El Baath El Islami Magazine " and some Mosque Imams and scientific researchers , most of whom graduated from Egyptian Universities and are fluent in Arabic , and for  whom Egypt has a special stature as the siege of AlAzhar Al Sharif . The Bosnian delegation will meet with several senior Islamic officials in Cairo. The delegation will first meet with the grand Imam of Azhar on 7 April and the Minister of Religious Endowments, the Mufti of the Egypt ,  the President of Azhar University, and the Secretary General of the Supreme Council of religious endowments and the general supervisor of  the Islamic hostel in Cairo   to discuss promoting Cultural and educational relations between the two countries
