- The Arab Republic of Egypt signed an Agreement on eliminating all forms of discrimination against women in Copenhagen, Denmark, on 30 July 1980. The Agreement was ratified on 15/8/1981 and came into force as of 18 October 1981. - Egypt signed the Agreement on the Arab Women Organization Headquarters on 9th May 2004.The Treaty was ratified by Egypt on July 2004 and came into force as of July 5 , 2004.
