The Egyptian position on the Customs Agreements
1. Egypt signed the Customs Agreement on temporary import of scientific equipments in Brussels on 11 June 1968, the President ratified it on 14 January 1970. The Agreement entered into force on 26 August 1970.
2. Egypt signed an Agreement on importing educational, cultural and scientific materials. The President ratified it on 8 February 1952. The Agreement entered into force on 28 February 1952.
3. Egypt joined the additional protocol of the Agreement on importing educational, cultural and scientific materials on 18 September 1981. The protocol entered into force on 18 March 1982.
4. Egypt joined the ATA Agreement on using passage logs for the temporary release of merchandise on 19 November 1967. The Agreement entered into force on 11 April 1968.
5. Egypt joined the Customs Agreement for facilitating the importation of goods for exhibiting them or using them in exhibitions, markets, and conferences on 8 June 1961. The Agreement entered into force on 26 June 1963.
6. Egypt joined the Customs Cooperation Council Agreement for importing marine entertainment equipments on 1 December 1967. The Agreement entered into force on 20 January 1968.
7. Egypt joined the Customs Agreement for customs specimen logs signed in Brussels on 1 March 1956. The Agreement entered into force on 26 June 1964.
8. Egypt joined the Customs Agreement for temporary importation of packages signed in Brussels on 6 October 1960. The Agreement entered into force on 26 June 1963.
9. Egypt joined the Agreement on Temporary Import of professional equipments signed in Brussels on 8 June 1961. The Agreement entered into force on 26 June 1963. |
