The Egyptian position on the Headquarters Agreement between the Government of the Arab Republic of Egypt and Anna Lindh Euro-Mediterranean Association for Dialogue between Cultures Presidential decree number 324 was issued on 28/9/2005 regarding approving the Headquarters Agreement between the Government of the Arab Republic of Egypt and Anna Lindh Euro-Mediterranean Association for Dialogue between Cultures, according to the second article in clause 151 from the constitution. The decree was approved by the Peoples Assembly, in the session held on 5/4/2006. The Agreement was ratified by the Egyptian President on 8/4/2006, and came into force on 8/4/2006.
