The Egyptian President issued Presidential decree no.63 for the year 2006 on 20th February 2006, concerning the approval of the Memorandum of Understanding on Technical Education and Vocational Training signed between the Arab Republic of Egypt and the Republic of Yemen in Cairo, Egypt on 10th April 2005. The Memorandum of Understanding aims at promoting the exchange of documents, curricula and learning mechanisms in the area of technical education and vocational training in addition to promoting the exchange of exploration visits for vocational education officials to acquaint both countries with the experience of other countries in this field.
