The Egyptian position on Headquarter Agreement signed between the Arab Republic of Egypt and the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime in the Middle East and North Africa Egypt approved an Agreement signed on July 12 th , 2005 between the Arab Republic of Egypt and the UN office on Drugs and Crime in the Middle East and North Africa on the 22 nd of February 2006 .The Agreement was ratified by the President and came into force as of 25 February 2006.
