The Egyptian position on the Agreements made within the Framework of the Arab League in the field of Technical Cooperation Egypt signed a Technical Cooperation Agreement with the Arab Fund for Technical Cooperation with the African and Arab countries. The Agreement was ratified by the Egyptian President in 9/3/1978 and came into force on 20/3/1978.  Egypt also signed an agreement with the Arab Fund for technical cooperation with the African and Arab countries to aid Djibouti on 26/1/1978 and came into force on 28/1/1978.
