1 November 2006…. The Supreme Court Chief Justice of the Philippines, Artemio V.Panganiban is scheduled to visit Egypt during the period from 1-8 November 2006, in response to the invitation made by Counselor Maher Abdel Wahed, to discuss judicial cooperation issues and exchanging expertise and experts in this field. Mr. Panganiban is accompanied by a delegation, including Counselor Angelina S.Gutierrez, who is responsible for the Supreme Court information committee, Ms. Evelyn Toledo Domdum, who is responsible for the judicial reform program, and Counselor Japar Dimaampao, in the Court of Appeal. The program of the visit includes meetings with the Prime Minister, the Chairman of the Shura Council, the Speaker of the People's Assembly, the Minister of Justice, the Grand Imam of Al-Azhar, the President of the Cairo Court of Appeal, and the General Prosecutor.
