The Austrian capital will witness a high-level Egyptian cultural event, the exhibition of "Tutankhamun and the Golden Age of Pharaohs", which will be held at the Museum of Art History in Vienna during the period from 9/3/2008 till 28/9/2008. The exhibition contains 149 antique objects from the Egyptian Museum. The opening ceremony will be attended by a high-level Egyptian delegation, headed by Minister of Culture Farouk Hosni, Secretary-General of Egypt’s Supreme Council of Antiquities Dr. Zahi Hawass, and editor-in-chiefs of Al-Ahram, Akhbar El-Yom, El-Msaeya, and El-Fagr newspapers. The Nile Folkloric Instruments band, and the harpist Mona Mohamed Wasef Abdel Moneam will also hold performances on the sidelines of the exhibition.
