- An Agreement for scientific and technological cooperation was signed between the Ministry of state for scientific research in Egypt and the Ministry of Science , Technology and productive  innovations in Argentina .The Egyptian ambassador to Argentina signed the agreement on behalf of the Egyptian side in Buenos Aires on 6/5/2008.
