2- The Egyptian efforts regarding the development of  Israeli-European relations:

The meeting reviewed the issue since it was proposed by the Israeli Foreign Minister in March 2007 as to promote the institutional relations between Israel and the European Union on all levels, particularly the security level. The Meeting asserted the seriousness of this issue, now that the peace process has stopped   and the Israeli measures of enlarging its settlements, besieging   Palestinian People, and shutting down Palestinian institutions in East Jerusalem. The meeting also tackled the Egyptian efforts to communicate our objection to this step to the European Union, and demonstrate that such step is considered a reward to Israel on its settlement policies.

The Arab Ambassadors were informed of the rules regulating the access of humanitarian assistance to Gaza Strip through Egyptian territory, by coordinating with the Egyptian Red Crescent, which is the authorized body for transporting assistance.
